Chemical Regency 

According to Law 8412, all Costa Rican companies that import, store, transport, manufacture, process, prepare, sell, distribute, repackage, supply or handle chemical products are required to have a chemical regency. Regencies can be external or internal, and the responsible professional must be an active member of the Association of Chemists of Costa Rica. We can handle the paperwork for you, while you focus on your production.
